ForceShield is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, lead a diverse team of housekeepers, ensure high cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and manage guest requests professionally.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and hands-on oversight of inspections, inventory, and coordination with front desk and maintenance to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping manager experience in hotel or similar setting.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff including scheduling and assigning tasks
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms common areas and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ordering replacements as needed

• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
