Job summary

UrbanLogic in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is seeking a highly organized Housekeeping Manager to lead and develop our cleaning team across the property.

You will implement procedures, schedule inspections, manage inventory, and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to deliver exceptional guest experiences. English is required; Arabic is a plus. We support flexible shifts including weekends and holidays and are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational time management and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
