Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in hospitality.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership abilities and people management experience.
• Understanding of financial management with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
