Work in USA is seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our Al-Rayyan, Qatar property. The role demands strong leadership, excellent guest service, and hands-on management of front desk, housekeeping and F&B.

You will lead staff, monitor performance, manage budgets, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service, while driving revenue growth. This is a full-time, on-site role with provided accommodation and potential visa support.

Qualifications

• Experience as Hotel Manager or similar role
• Must be Indian with knowledge of Hindi or English
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Knowledge of hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B)
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Must have own visa or be able to obtain one
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• On-site accommodation provided
