Our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Indian national to join our team as a Hotel Manager on a contract basis. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Monitor hotel performance and make strategic decisions to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Hire, train, and develop staff members to provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies to attract new business.

Requirements
