Hotel Manager for English-Speaking Hotel in Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our English-speaking hotel in Doha, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• - Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
• - Hire, train, and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service
• - Monitor employee performance and provide necessary training or corrective action as needed
• - Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
• - Maintain financial records and prepare budgets for approval by management
• - Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel's services and attract new guests
• - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• - Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role in a similar establishment
• - Excellent communication skills in English
• - Strong leadership abilities with an eye for detail
• - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• - Good understanding of hotel management software
