Job summary

Want More seeks an experienced Hotel Manager for our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. The role oversees all hotel operations, guest services, staff leadership, and financial performance, with visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals.

You will lead front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance and finance, develop strategies to hit targets, train staff, ensure health and safety, and maintain high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel management role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred).
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
• Understanding of sales and marketing strategies for hotels.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
