Job summary

Glink Manpower Consultancy in Doha seeks a hands-on Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance tasks, supervise teams, and coordinate with hotel management to minimize downtime and maximize guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems, plus a solid grasp of safety standards and the ability to read technical manuals. Hospitality maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety standards and building codes.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Technical diploma/certification in Maintenance or related field.
• Hotel/hospitality maintenance experience preferred.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily maintenance tasks; monitor work orders.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Ensure electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose issues, coordinate repairs, and manage external contractors/vendors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and building standards.
• Assist with maintenance budgeting and material/tool needs.
• Coordinate with hotel management to minimize downtime and improve guest experience.
• Be available for flexible working hours.
