Job summary

Confidential in Qatar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance across properties, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of building maintenance and MEP systems, plus leadership and problem-solving skills. Immediate joining is preferred and Qatar residency is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and MEP systems.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across assigned properties.
• Lead and monitor technicians and maintenance teams.
• Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Ensure timely resolution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers when required.
• Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out safely and according to company standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment.
• Monitor the use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate immediate solutions.
• Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across assigned properties.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise technicians and manage multiple maintenance requirements.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidates available for immediate joining are highly preferred.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
