Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Demonstrated success in hotel sales and distribution with a leadership track record.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software; deep knowledge of hotel market and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to meet revenue targets, occupancy goals, and market share.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Oversee distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, direct sales, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel companies, agencies, and industry bodies.
• Collaborate with revenue management to develop pricing strategies and promotions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team; set clear performance goals.
• Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance for cross-functional alignment.
