Job summary

Accorhotel in Doha is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to maintain high cleanliness standards across public areas and guest spaces. You will sanitize surfaces, polish furniture, and ensure restrooms are stocked and presentable, while responding to guest needs with courtesy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including linens and cleaning equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards (preferred).

• Vacuum carpets dust surfaces polish furniture and clean windows mirrors and glass doors.
• Replenish supplies in public restrooms and ensure they are consistently clean and stocked.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Empty trash and recycling bins in public and service areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of entrances guest areas and exterior walkways.
• Follow safety security and health procedures at all times.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly or refer them to the appropriate department.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to procedures.
