Job summary

Minor International seeks a Finance Manager at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara to lead finance shared services, ensure accurate reporting, and strengthen internal controls across the property. You will work with property leadership, owners, auditors and operations to safeguard assets, optimize profitability and support strategic decision-making.

The role emphasizes leadership of a finance team, timely month-end close, cash flow visibility, and collaboration with operations to resolve

Qualifications

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional qualifications preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of finance experience, hospitality or multi-property exposure advantageous.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end finance shared service operations: AP, AR, GL, income audit, night audit, fixed assets, intercompany and credit management.
Lead monthly/ yearly close, prepare variance analyses, KPI reports, and finance reviews for leadership and owners.
Utilize Advanced Excel, Power BI and financial modeling for forecasting and scenario analysis.
Maintain internal controls, support audits, and drive process improvements and automation.
Manage stakeholder relationships with property leadership, corporate finance, auditors, and operations.
