Job summary

Anantara Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the shared service finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, income audit, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. You will drive accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across multi-property finance functions.

The role requires 5–7 years of hospitality finance experience, advanced Excel and Power BI, and strong leadership to develop the team, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver insightful analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CMA preferred.
5–7 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality or shared services.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end finance shared service operations across AP, AR, GL, income audit, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings with accurate accruals and reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, variances, and financial risks; prepare KPI dashboards for leadership.
Oversee credit management, risk control, and revenue assurance across properties.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and control.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and owners to ensure financial discipline and reporting accuracy.
