Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Banane Island Resort Doha by Anantara, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to uphold robust financial controls, reporting, and operational finance across luxury properties. You will oversee AP/AR, GL, income audit, and fixed assets, and lead a team through month-end close while partnering with owners and auditors.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, cash flow management, and implementing process improvements using Advanced Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-property operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance shared services operations including AP/AR, GL, cash flow, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, income audit, and night audit.
• Lead month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Manage credit control, risk mitigation, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs; provide insights to property leadership and owners.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and controls.
