IIQAF Group is seeking a professional Call Center Agent to support hospital communication and patient services in Doha, Qatar. You will handle calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate with medical and administrative departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Ideal candidates will have experience as a Call Center Agent or Patient Services Representative, with excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to manage inquiries in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; a healthcare/administration qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in call center or patient services is preferred.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare settings is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
• Good English; Arabic or other languages in Qatar are a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/hospital systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients and stakeholders.
• Respond to patient inquiries about hospital services and procedures.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments and staff.
• Provide information on hospital facilities and visiting hours.
• Record inquiries and appointment details in the CRM/hospital system.
• Maintain call logs and follow-up documentation.
• Assist with reminders and general administrative inquiries.
• Escalate complaints to supervisors as needed.
• Communicate with patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve inquiries.
