Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality in Doha is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to support the operations of two leading restaurant concepts. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining the highest food safety and compliance standards within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will oversee MoPH-aligned records, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards, coordinate with suppliers, and help ensure audit readiness across kitchens.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in Health & Safety, Hygiene or Quality Assurance in hospitality or F&B.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of Qatar MoPH regulations, food safety and health & safety legislation.
• HACCP, Food Safety, and/or First Aid certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and hygiene records per MoPH, HACCP and ISO 22000 requirements.
• Monitor cold storage, dry stores, and inventory through routine compliance checks.
• Manage cleaning schedules, sanitation records, and operational checklists.
• Maintain documentation relating to fire safety, PPE, first aid, and SDS.
• Coordinate with external suppliers including pest control, waste management and service providers.
• Prepare daily and weekly compliance reports for the management team.
• Support the Head Chef and Operations team in keeping kitchens audit-ready and compliant with local regulations.

Job Requirements
