Job summary

fundamentalhospitality seeks a Health & Safety Administrator to support two of Doha's leading restaurant concepts. The role emphasizes maintaining food safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in H&S or QA within F&B, fluency in Arabic and English, and familiarity with MoPH regulations and ISO 22000. HACCP or First Aid certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in Health & Safety, Hygiene, or Quality Assurance support within hospitality or F&B.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of Qatar MoPH regulations, food safety, and health & safety legislation.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and compliance records.
• HACCP, Food Safety, and/or First Aid certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and hygiene records in line with MoPH, HACCP, and ISO 22000 requirements.
• Monitor cold storage, dry stores, and inventory through routine compliance checks.
• Manage cleaning schedules, sanitation records, and operational checklists.
• Maintain documentation relating to fire safety, PPE, first aid, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Coordinate with external suppliers, including pest control, waste management, and equipment service providers.
• Prepare daily and weekly compliance reports for the management team.
• Support the Head Chef and Operations team in ensuring the kitchens remain audit-ready and fully compliant with local regulations.
