Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality in Doha is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to support the operations of two leading restaurant concepts. You will maintain food safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires organizing records, monitoring storage and cleanliness, preparing compliance reports, and ensuring audit readiness in line with MoPH, HACCP, and ISO 22000. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to maintain food safety and hygiene records.
• Experience in hospitality or F&B would be advantageous.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English is required.
• Familiarity with MoPH, HACCP, ISO 22000 regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and hygiene records in line with MoPH, HACCP, and ISO 22000 requirements.
• Monitor cold storage, dry stores, and inventory through routine compliance checks.
• Manage cleaning schedules, sanitation records, and operational checklists.
• Maintain documentation relating to fire safety, PPE, first aid, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Coordinate with external suppliers, including pest control, waste management, and equipment service providers.
• Prepare daily and weekly compliance reports for the management team.
• Support the Head Chef and Operations team in ensuring the kitchens remain audit-ready and fully compliant with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain food safety and hygiene records in line with MoPH, HACCP, and ISO 22000 requirements.

• Strong understanding of Qatar's Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations, food safety, and health & safety legislation.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and confident managing documentation and compliance records.

• HACCP, Food Safety, and/or First Aid certifications are advantageous.
