Job summary

Qatar Foundation International is seeking a Senior Events Manager to develop and implement long-term event strategies aligned with QF’s mission and brand identity. You will oversee production activities across Qatar Foundation to deliver impactful events on time and within budget, while ensuring quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant full‑time work experience, including 2 years in event leadership within a large organization.
• Experience in strategy development, business plan development, budgeting, and quality management.
• Exemplary interpersonal communication, presentation, conflict resolution, teamwork, customer service, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategies and event plans that align with QF’s mission and reinforce its brand identity.
• Conceptualize, plan, and oversee production activities across Qatar Foundation to ensure successful delivery of events within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support the Manager in developing SOPs, policies, and event formats with adherence to processes.
• Lead end-to-end planning and logistics for each event, including venue, entertainment, program setup, invitations, guest lists, catering, AV, media, and signage.
