Job summary

Qatar Foundation seeks an Operations Venues Sports Coordinator to oversee daily facility operations, coordinate event setups, and ensure service quality across multi-venue sports programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years of experience, with CAFM systems knowledge, HSE standards, and strong interpersonal skills to engage visitors and partners.

You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and contribute to safety, reporting, and revenue tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years of full-time experience in facility operations.
• Experience coordinating daily facility operations, scheduling, and event support.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational plans and open/prepare facilities.
• Coordinate venue setups, schedules, and logistics for events and rentals.
• Act as the frontline QF representative delivering customer service to visitors and staff.
• Monitor venue conditions and report hazards or maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with QF HSE standards and emergency procedures.
• Review CAFM requests and permit-to-work forms to maintain quality.
• Supervise Facility Assistants, Lifeguards, and outsourced contractors.
• Track memberships, rentals, and revenue-related activities.
