Citi is seeking a Services Head for Kuwait, Qatar and Oman to lead the Services business across three markets. The role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, and cross-border execution within a high-growth GCC/Middle East framework.

You will drive revenue growth, risk management and digital initiatives, reporting to regional leadership and interfacing with regulatory bodies. The position requires senior-level experience, multi-market oversight, and a proven track record in

• Proven strategic leadership experience in financial services.
• Executive-level client engagement and relationship management.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, trade services and custody products.
• Experience leading cross-border or multi-country teams across GCC/MEA.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute cross-border Services strategy across Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.
• Drive revenue, EBIT, expenses and KPI delivery for all three markets.
• Lead client engagement and deliver tailored service solutions across segments.
• Ensure risk, regulatory and governance standards across three markets are met.
• Oversee transformation agenda and digital innovation within Services.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing, diverse leadership team.
