Job summary

KONE Gulf Region is seeking a Head of Finance based in Qatar to drive financial strategy, forecasting, and governance across Gulf markets. You will lead a regional finance team, partner with business leaders, and ensure robust reporting and controls while delivering value to stakeholders.

You will oversee budgeting, treasury, and tax matters, supporting regional growth and performance improvements within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in finance.
• Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager or similar position.
• Experience in multinational companies and matrix organizations.
• Strong ERP and reporting tool knowledge, preferably SAP.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals in the Gulf region.
• Provide strategic guidance and insights to business stakeholders.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other finance units and external partners.
