Job summary

Qureos in Doha is seeking an Account Executive – Corporate Services to support corporate clients and manage day-to-day requirements in Qatar. Experience with the QFC environment and corporate services is essential for this role.

You will coordinate registrations, licensing, renewals, and amendments, manage onboarding, and assist with KYC/AML documentation while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Services, Company Formation, Business Setup or Corporate Administration.
• Previous QFC experience is required.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML and compliance documentation.
• Experience managing or coordinating corporate client accounts.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Based in Qatar or with relevant Qatar market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day requirements.
• Support QFC-related company registrations, licensing, renewals and amendments.
• Coordinate client onboarding and collection of required corporate and compliance documentation.
• Support KYC, AML and compliance-related documentation as required.
• Assist clients with corporate administration and ongoing company maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with QFC and other relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Track applications, renewals, approvals and outstanding client requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Respond to client enquiries and provide timely updates on applications and requests.
• Work closely with internal compliance, finance and administration teams.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients.
