Job summary

QNB Group in Doha is seeking a Vice President Quality Control to lead Group Operation quality standards, monitor operations KPIs, and drive cross-functional improvements across assets, trade finance, accounts, and loans operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and strong English (Arabic preferred). You will mentor teams, ensure data protection, and support international branches with best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• At least 12 years of banking operations experience.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML directives and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate in English and preferably Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Implement vision of Group Operation for Quality Control standards across Operations domains.
• Monitor KPIs (KPIs, TAT, errors, SLAs) to measure performance and quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with related departments to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection policies.
