Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Head of HR Services to drive the delivery of key HR operational services, ensuring an efficient and high-quality employee experience.

The role oversees payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee administration, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR policies. The candidate will lead the HR Services team and shape process improvements to elevate the employee journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years HR operations experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
