Job summary

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a senior product leader to drive the end-to-end product roadmap across devices, VAS, and services in the Middle East region.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to launch innovative, scalable offerings on time and within budget, while owning the VAS P&L and delivering revenue growth through strategic partnerships and exclusive device initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of telecom industry experience with demonstrated leadership across at least two of the three focus areas (products, devices, or VAS).
• Strong track record of P&L management, partner negotiations, and commercial delivery.
• Experience working with both global OEMs and local service/content providers.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer technology trends, product lifecycle management, and customer behavior in the Middle East region.
• Experience working with OEMs and local service/content providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire three functional teams, promoting cross-collaboration and operational alignment.
• Define and execute the product roadmap across devices, VAS, and services.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology to launch innovative products on time and within budget.
• Monitor market trends and guide strategy to deliver measurable business value.
• Own the VAS P&L and lead revenue and margin strategies with partners and internal teams.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with OEMs and providers.
