Zusammenfassung

Vodafone Doha is seeking a Product Owner to drive enterprise portals, web journeys and chatbots across business onboarding, account and service management with a focus on customer value and self-service. You will translate requirements into user stories, lead backlog refinement, and coordinate testing and release readiness in close collaboration with Delivery, Design, Content and Sales teams.

The role requires experience in Agile delivery, roadmap planning, analytics and stakeholder management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product ownership across enterprise portals, websites or conversational platforms.
• Expertise in Agile delivery, roadmap planning and backlog management.
• Experience in enterprise self-service, Web journeys and Chatbot integrations.
• Customer research, analytics and experimentation.
• Stakeholder management in telecommunications or service-led business.

Aufgaben

• Own product roadmaps and backlogs; prioritize features, enhancements and defects.
• Lead Enterprise Portal journeys for onboarding, account and service management, billing, payments and support.
• Own Web journeys for discovery, lead capture, acquisition and self-service; improve usability and conversion.
• Own Chatbot journeys, intents and knowledge; improve answer quality and task completion.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; oversee testing and release readiness.
