Job summary

QNB Group in Doha is seeking a senior corporate planning and performance management professional to drive the development, monitoring and alignment of the Group’s strategic plans across divisions. The role supports KPI design, dashboard development and the quarterly performance cycle with the VP, Corporate Planning.

Required is at least 8 years in banking with exposure to corporate planning and MIS, and a Master’s degree is a plus. This role is based in Doha and requires regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; Master’s degree an advantage.
• At least 8 years’ work experience with minimum 3 years in a similar role in a reputed financial institution.
• Experience with corporate planning, performance management and MIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition, development and monitoring of the Group’s corporate plans across divisions.
• Coordinate KPI development, scorecards and performance management across the bank.
• Assist VP, Corporate Planning to align business plans with strategy and ensure consistency group-wide.
• Prepare and update management information, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk controls in planning processes.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and CapEx planning exercises.
