Qatar Airways Group is actively seeking an accomplished Finance Business Partner to guide the B2C leadership with strategic financial insight and robust analytics. You will partner with commercial teams to drive growth and oversee KPI dashboards that focus on revenue, profitability, and customer metrics.

The role requires extensive experience in airline finance, strong leadership, and a customer-centric, cross-functional mindset to support executive decision-making in a fast-paced, globally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with extensive experience in finance and business partnering.
• At least 5 years in airline/transportation management with people management.
• Finance Business Partner experience to B2C divisions and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of airline operations, preferably commercial.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted finance advisor to senior commercial B2C leadership.
• Support the development and execution of the airline's B2C growth strategy.
• Influence key business decisions through robust financial analysis and recommendations.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, partnerships, and new revenue opportunities
• Monitor business performance against targets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop KPI frameworks and executive dashboards focused on revenue, profitability, and customer metrics.
• Drive accountability for financial performance across the B2C portfolio.
• Deliver timely insights to support executive decision-making.
• Lead financial evaluation of large-scale strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
• Build business cases and investment appraisals for new products, digital solutions, and customer-focused innovations.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue, margins, and overall financial performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
• Drive capability building in financial modelling, analytics, and business partnering.
• Promote strong governance, compliance, and financial controls.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of job-related history.
• 5 years in an airline management position and people management expertise.
• Finance Business Partner to B2C divisions and stakeholders experience, preferably in large and structured Companies.
• Knowledgeable in airline operations, with a preference to commercial matters.
• Good Command of English language.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review variances and understand the business cycle and their impact on the profit and loss account.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively across the organization.
• Strongly developed “soft skills”, high level of integrity, open /transparent, team player.
• Passionate about digitalization and innovation.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric driven approach.
• Must have an excellent organizational ability to be able to set priorities and handle multiple tasks.
• Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
