Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Doha is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping professional to ensure guest units are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

You will work in a luxury hotel environment, with opportunities to develop skills and advance within a global hospitality brand. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required, and the team offers competitive benefits and living arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleaning and supplying of guest units and the comfort of all guests as set by procedures and Four Seasons standards.
• Clean guest units following established procedures and Four Seasons standards.
• Adhere to safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Complete work assignments from the Housekeeping Department using required keys, equipment, supplies.
• Remove garbage and recyclables and place in appropriate bins in the service area.
• Report damages or maintenance needs to Housekeeping.
• Report items found in check-out units to Security and Housekeeping.
• Dress in issued uniform and maintain a neat, tidy appearance at all times.

Job Description

• Ensure the cleaning and supplying of guest units and the comfort of all guests as set by the procedures and standards.
• Clean guest units following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards
• Adhere to the established standard of safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Complete work assignments from the Housekeeping Department as assigned using required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area.
• Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
• Report any items found in check-out units to Security and Housekeeping.
• Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Must have full flexibility in schedule.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and daytime.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills
