Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Doha is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will clear and reset tables, assist the service team, and uphold Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism and guest care.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, with an outgoing personality, fluency in English (Arabic a plus), and a hospitality background or Hotel Management training. Weekend, night and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and can-do approach to tasks.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; Arabic is an asset.
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing an expertly served dining experience and clear/reset tables.
• Be an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, delivering high-quality service.
• Support the Food Server to maintain Four Seasons standards of quality and friendliness.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly according to specifications.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Job Description:

• The Food & Beverage Server position assists in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.
• The Food & Beverage Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests
• The Food & Beverage Server position assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
• Food & Beverage Server clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification
• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Arabic is an asset
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management are preferred
