Four Seasons Doha is seeking a Food & Beverage Server to deliver exceptional beverage and dining experiences in a luxury resort setting. You will anticipate guests’ needs, provide expert menu guidance, and ensure flawless service in a high-end environment.

The role requires an outgoing personality, strong knowledge of food and wine, and fluency in English. Arabic is an asset; prior luxury hotel experience is beneficial, with accommodations and meals provided for staff.

About the Role

The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You Will Do

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• The Food & Beverage Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests
• Food & Beverage Server clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification
• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays

What You Bring

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Arabic is an asset
• Experienced in Luxury Resort and Hotel is an advantage
