Job summary
Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar in Doha seeks a Server Assistant to join the Food & Beverage team. You will assist the Food Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience that aligns with Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
The role involves helping with meal preparation, table service, and maintaining clean, organized dining areas. Weekend, night, and holiday work may be required, with accommodation and comprehensive training
Qualifications
- General knowledge of food and service standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Outgoing, proactive attitude and willingness to assist.
- Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Food Server in preparing and serving meals.
- Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
- Perform side work, polish silverware, refill condiment containers and remove crumbs.
- Work weekends, nights and holidays as required.
