Job summary

Park Hyatt Doha seeks a courteous Guest Service Officer – Concierge to join our Front Office team. You will be the primary contact for our guests, delivering personalized service and tailored recommendations to ensure a seamless and memorable stay in our luxury hotel.

The ideal candidate has prior 5-star hotel Concierge or Front Office experience, strong English, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of Doha's dining and culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office within a 5-star hotel is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using property management and guest service systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong local knowledge of Doha’s dining, entertainment, and cultural scene.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Arabic or others) are a strong advantage.
