Job summary

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact appropriate department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into software when taking reservations.
• Answer, record and process guest questions or concerns; perform general office duties.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; maintain confidentiality and brand standards.
• Welcome guests and uphold professional language, etiquette, and teamwork.
