Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per supervisor instructions and duty schedule.
• Coordinate with Room Service, Guest Relation, Front Office and other departments.
• Handle mini bar operations and relieve the supervisor when absent.
• Prepare mise en place for 24-hours service requirements.
• Answer Room Service telephones when required.
• Attend regular training sessions aligned with SOPs.
• Report cleanliness and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain occupancy documents under close cover on floors.
• Familiarize with internal policies and safety procedures.
