Job summary

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Mini Bar Attendant. The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining, replenishing and monitoring guest room mini bars to ensure they are fully stocked, clean and presented according to hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous minibar, housekeeping, or room attendant experience.
• Good knowledge of hotel service and housekeeping standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Inspect mini bars regularly to ensure cleanliness, presentation and product quality.
• Record consumed, missing and expired items accurately.
• Update mini bar charges and consumption records promptly.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of mini bar products.
• Check expiry dates and remove damaged or expired products.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding mini bar requirements.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items and maintenance issues to the relevant department.
