Job summary

Qualifications

• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment; clean and lubricate as needed.
• Inspect and operate building systems and related equipment.
• Identify and locate shut-off valves and manage safety procedures.
