Located at 1 West Bay Lagoon, Doha, this Full Time, Non-Management role focuses on maintenance, repairs, and preventive care across guest rooms and property systems. Respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, follow Lockout/Tagout, and support energy conservation and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• License or Certification: Driver’s License.
• Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and buildings.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and use Lockout/Tagout systems.
• Display knowledge of air conditioning, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Education

High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent

Driver’s License

Some experience in general maintenance
