Job summary

Arkan Marketing Services seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing for a fashion e‑commerce business. You will own strategy, brand development, and customer acquisition, translating business goals into measurable plans and execution.

You will oversee budgets, performance metrics, and cross‑channel campaigns across social, paid ads, content, CRM and influencer partnerships. Immediate start preferred in a small business setting.

Qualifications

• Experience owning marketing strategy and execution within fashion e‑commerce or fashion brands.
• Broad expertise across commercial marketing, brand development, digital marketing and acquisition.
• Proven ability to plan, budget and lead multi‑channel activities.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, positioning, and customer journey.
• Analytical skills to interpret revenue, margins and CAC/retention data.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy, brand development and execution with clear objectives and budgets.
• Research customers and market trends to guide positioning and decisions.
• Define brand messaging, tone of voice and visual direction.
• Drive acquisition and retention via social, paid ads, content, email and WhatsApp.
• Oversee product/category marketing using demand, trends and profitability.
• Direct creative development and content strategy with clear briefs.
• Manage marketing team and external partners, ensuring quality and on‑time delivery.
• Plan budgets, measure channel performance and adjust allocations.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Present management with concise reviews and recommended priorities.
