Job summary

Arkan Marketing Services in Doha seeks an experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to own day-to-day social media for a fashion e-commerce business, crafting Arabic content, briefing creators, and managing publishing and performance.

You will develop content plans, publish across major platforms, and analyse results to drive engagement and traffic. The role requires strong Arabic writing and English communication, plus hands-on editing skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience independently managing social media accounts for fashion e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio showing accounts you personally managed, creative ideas and results.
• Excellent written Arabic and strong English for captions, scripts and campaign communication.
• Strong fashion judgement, visual awareness and the ability to develop relevant content ideas independently.
• Practical experience publishing and analysing Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat content.
• Hands-on editing and design skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar.
• Strong organisation, creator coordination and follow-through.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Develop content plans around campaigns, new arrivals, restocks, styling and product stories.
• Create platform-specific concepts, hooks, scripts, captions and calls to action in Arabic and English.
• Prepare clear briefs and shot lists for creators and photographers, covering products, messages, formats and deadlines.
• Plan, schedule and publish posts, reels and stories across Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Improve account presentation, highlights and visual consistency.
• Adapt and edit available assets into engaging reels, stories and carousels.
• Align social publishing with campaign launches and website promotions.
• Analyse content performance, audience feedback and website traffic from social media; implement improvements and report weekly actions.
