Arkan Marketing Services in Doha, Qatar is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing activities for an e-commerce business. You will launch campaigns, optimize the website shopping experience, and run email and WhatsApp marketing to connect product priorities with content, social media, and paid advertising.

This full-time, on-site role requires initiative, execution, and a drive for measurable results, with immediate availability in Qatar.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Experience executing campaigns, website improvements, and customer marketing activities.
• Knowledge of Shopify, website merchandising, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience using email and WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Ability to interpret Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics reports.
• Strong copywriting, creativity, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with creative, commercial, and technical teams.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Available to join immediately in Qatar.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute weekly marketing plans including product launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory to promote stock-relevant products.
• Improve homepage, collection pages, and campaign landing pages.
• Make Shopify updates, identify journey issues, and prepare developer briefs.
• Plan and launch email and WhatsApp campaigns with segmentation and timing.
• Prepare briefs and coordinate with content creators and social media teams.
• Coordinate with paid advertising to align messaging and landing pages.
• Strengthen brand presentation across site, social channels, and communications.
• Analyze website and campaign performance; implement improvements.
• Provide weekly results reports and next priorities.
