Job summary

Abu Issa in Doha seeks a Career Level Manager to drive growth for our sports business, including youth programs, school partnerships and family activities. You will work closely with the founder to expand partnerships and revenue across the local market.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in business development or sports management, with strong Arabic and English, budget awareness, and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships or sports project management.
• Strong knowledge of the Doha market, ideally with connections to schools and sports organisations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Good understanding of sales targets, budgets and basic P&L.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and organizational skills.
• Social media and marketing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with schools, families, sponsors and sports organizations.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Manage sports projects, programs, events and day-to-day operations.
• Increase student enrolment and achieve business targets.
• Support marketing initiatives, social media and brand development.
• Monitor business performance, budgets and profitability.
• Report directly to the founder on progress and growth opportunities.
