Job summary

Care n Cure Group is seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager to direct a diverse portfolio of brands from Qatar. You will lead omnichannel marketing, digital and on-ground activations, and drive integrated campaigns across multiple locations.

You will manage budgets, analytics and cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing plans align with sales and operations. Strong English communication is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leading a marketing team.
• Experience in omnichannel, multi-location consumer environments such as retail or healthcare.
• Strong digital and on-ground marketing experience with measurement and optimization.
• Proficient in campaign measurement, ROI/ROAS and performance reporting.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group Marketing function with clear strategy, priorities and accountability.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with group and commercial objectives.
• Lead digital and performance marketing across platforms with targeted, measurable campaigns.
• Drive retail, trade and on-ground marketing, activations and events.
• Manage budgets, agencies, vendors and cross-functional collaboration.
