Shelter Group is seeking an accomplished Group Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy, brand, and communications across its diversified Qatar-based businesses in Real Estate Development, Construction, Facilities Management, Manufacturing and Fit-Out. The role requires driving both B2C and B2B marketing, investor engagement and growth across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading marketing across multiple business units.
• Strong strategic thinking with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Excellent English writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Group Marketing Strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish and maintain a strong Group brand across subsidiaries.
• Lead marketing for Real Estate, Construction, FM, Manufacturing and Fit-Out.
• Drive lead generation and collaboration with Sales to improve conversions.
• Oversee digital strategy including websites, SEO, paid ads and automation.
• Manage budget, agencies, and KPI dashboards to track ROI.
