The role requires 5+ years in marketing with a track record of delivering measurable results and strong English communication. Arabic proficiency is preferred. The position is on-site in Doha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related.
• Five+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience managing brand KPIs and campaigns.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
• Knowledge of Qatar market; Saudi market a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual brand marketing plan aligned to revenue targets.
• Manage brand budget and oversee allocations across channels.
• Lead campaigns, briefs, and cross-functional studio teams.
• Monitor performance metrics; adjust strategies weekly.
• Identify partnerships, promotions, and activations within brand rules.
• Coordinate with outlet management and present performance reviews.
