The MSI Group Qatar is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR functions across multiple business units within a diversified business group in Qatar. The role requires strong exposure to HRIS systems, including SAP or Oracle, and an FMCG background.

Fluent Arabic communication is strictly required, with senior HR leadership experience in a multi‑company holding group. You will guide HR strategy, governance and people initiatives in a demanding market.

• 10 to 15+ years of progressive HR management experience.
• Fluent Arabic speaking and writing is strictly required alongside HRIS systems exposure such as SAP or Oracle.
