Job summary

Siemens Energy in Doha, Qatar seeks a Service Project Manager to oversee the execution of compression service orders, coordinating cross-functional teams and customer communications to meet scope, time, and budget. You will drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across regions.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, familiarity with ERP/SAP, and strong leadership. Travel 20–30% domestically/internationally is expected, with a global service footprint

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Project Management.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or rotating equipment is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute compression service orders (Parts, Repairs, Field Service) in backlog and outages.
• Manage customer contact and coordinate internal teams to meet scope, time, quality and budget.
• Track KPIs, drive revenue, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction; forecast deliveries with finance.
