Job summary

SAMSUNG E A is seeking a mid-level project management professional in Doha to oversee projects across planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management. The role focuses on maintaining technical integrity and ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and cost targets.

You will liaise with Client, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance teams, review submittals, and support commissioning activities through handover documentation. Strong leadership and oil/gas domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in oil & gas or petrochemical.
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry processes and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform ITB contract review and scope of work identification.
• Ensure technical integrity and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare project plans and gate meetings and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Develop project scope deliverables and document management system.
• Drive interface management and reporting with Client, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance.
• Review technical submittals from contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Prepare COB Close-Out Binder documentation.
