Job summary

DANA Elite Sales Club Holdings is seeking a Senior Director, Global Membership & Singapore Market Expansion – GCC/CIS Delegate, to drive international business member growth and expand Singapore as the gateway to Asia. You will lead end-to-end expansion, work with corporate clients, and coordinate regulatory, talent, and market-entry support for members across Singapore and ASEAN.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Management or related field.
MBA or professional qualifications are advantageous.
Years of experience in international business development, corporate sales, membership sales, business consulting, or market expansion.

Responsibilities

Recruit international corporate members and build a robust sales pipeline.
Provide strategic guidance and coordinate end-to-end expansion support for members.
Develop and manage relationships with owners and senior executives to drive renewals and referrals.
Develop partnerships with government agencies, chambers, and professional networks to create value.
Represent the organization at conferences and events to generate international leads.
Manage the full membership acquisition cycle, CRM updates, and reporting.
